The ActivTek unit is mounted directly to the ventilation box in the distribution ducts in the upper part of the air handling system of the central ventilation system. Units convert airborne (H2O) and oxygen (O2) water into hydroperoxides and hydroxyls in the polluted air entering the outside, neutralizing all kinds of bacteria, viruses, volatile organic compounds, mold, fungus and smell in the air.
